Patent №: 11979716 (May 7, 2024) – Selectively conditioning audio signals based on an audioprint of an object. A hearing aid system includes a processor programmed to: receive audio from a wearable microphone, analyze it to isolate audio from a specific object, and generate an audioprint. This audioprint helps retrieve related information from a database. Based on this information, the processor selectively conditions the audio and transmits the enhanced signal to a hearing device for the user.
Founder and CEO at Parallel Wireless.
Parallel Wireless – worlds first fully 5G-native architecture for 2G/3G/4G/5G that is build on 100% open COTS components from RAN through core. Engaged with operators in >60 countries seeking to bring more coverage and capacity to billions around the world.
MBA from Harvard and a BS in Operations Research and Economics from Princeton University. Active as an advisory board member for the Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship at Harvard and Keller Center at Princeton.
Patent №: 11977610 (May 7, 2024) – Software-enabled remote licensing and provisioning. Described are systems and methods for provisioning software functionality in wireless devices via licensing. This includes sending activation and licensing messages through network communications to enable features like system-on-chip modules, software-defined radio functions, and more.
Bruno Ghyselen received a Ph.D. degree in materials science in 1992. His work was realized within THOMSON-CSF/Laboratoire Central de Recherches/Orsay France (now within THALES) and was focused on the realization and characterization of High Tc superconducting junctions.
He pursued this collaborative work (European project BRITE EURAM) by joining the Materials Science Department, University of Cambridge, Cambridge, U.K., as a Research Associate.
Bruno joined SOITEC in 1995, just before SOITEC revealed its new Smart Cut technology dedicated to the manufacturing of a new generation of SOI substrates. Within SOITEC, he has been in charge of different R&D programs and collaborations with different partners.
Patent №: 11976380 (May 7, 2024) – Method for manufacturing a monocrystalline layer of GaAs material and substrate for epitaxial growth of a monocrystalline layer of GaAs material. A process for producing a monocrystalline GaAs layer involves transferring a monocrystalline SrTiO seed layer to a silicon substrate, followed by epitaxial growth of the GaAs layer.
Senior Member Of Technical Staff at Micron Technology.
Patent №: 11977778 (May 7, 2024) – Workload-based scan optimization. A method in a processing device processes multiple write requests, each targeting a specific memory unit and including operating characteristic values that reflect memory access operations.
Patent №: 11977667 (May 7, 2024) – Purging data at a memory device. Methods, systems, and devices for purging data from a memory device involve receiving a command to write an encryption key to a secure area of the memory system. After storing the key, the system receives a purge command from the host, transfers the key to another secure area, and erases it from the original location.
