An interior heating system for vehicle seats uses a weft co-knit fabric with conductive electrodes. The fabric combines emitting yarns with parent yarns for uniform electrical current. Conductive electrodes are arranged to connect with the emitting yarns, heating specific seat areas.

Patent №: 12015089 (June 18, 2024) – Transistors comprising two-dimensional materials and related memory cells and electronic devices.

A transistor with a channel region made of a two-dimensional material is disclosed. The channel is perpendicular to the material and has opposing sidewalls. A gate dielectric and gates are on the two-dimensional material. The disclosure includes semiconductor devices, systems with at least one transistor, and methods for forming them.

A method for remote medical imaging uses augmented reality (AR) on a patient’s smartphone or smart eyewear to guide device movement for capturing images of a wound or abnormality from various angles and distances. These images are then combined into a 3D digital image for medical diagnosis or treatment.
