A new and distinct variety of Plum Tree denominated varietally as 'Rancho Cinco' and which is characterized as to novelty by a date of maturity for commercial harvesting and shipment approximately August 6 through August 20 under the ecological conditions prevailing in Fresno, Calif. in the central part of the San Joaquin Valley of central California.
