A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'SMNCMBH', characterized by its compact, upright to somewhat outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; glossy dark green-colored leaves; spherical head-type inflorescences with numerous white-colored flowers; reddish brown-colored fruits; and good garden performance and winter hardiness.
