A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'SMNABP', characterized by its compact, upright to outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; red-colored stems and peduncles; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; nodding to drooping salverform flowers that are light pink-colored petals and pinkish red-colored sepals; and good container and garden performance.
