Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'SMNBWXPP' is disclosed, characterized by unique flower panicles that are somewhat globular and also conical in shape. Flower petals are colored lavender in the bud stage, maturing to soft lavender and finally cream-colored. Flower throats are bright orange. Flowers have a sweet, honey-like fragrance. Plants are very dwarf and very compact with large, dark green leathery foliage. The new cultivar is a, typically produced as an outdoor ornamental plant.
