A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'G22026' is disclosed, characterized by a compact, densely branched plant habit forming an ovate-globose shape. Foliage is bright golden green with a dark red center. Floral initiation begins in mid to late October, at 41N latitude, under natural daylength.
