A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Dopetpotyel 25', characterized by its relatively compact, semi-upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; relatively moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; light yellow green-colored flowers with large greenish yellow-colored centers; good container and garden performance; and resistance to Tobacco Mosaic Virus.
