A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Tailwind', characterized by its upright plant habit; upright flowering stems; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; and white-colored flowers with white and yellow-colored labella.
