Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Urge to Splurge' characterized by compact stems with obovate, bluish-green, glaucous foliage that develops a reddish tint in the summer and fall. The flowers are surrounded by bright yellow bracts and cover the plant in spring.
