The new and distinct Bellflower plant,plant named 'Bells and Whistles' with dense mounded habit, dark-green lanceolate foliage and numerous dark violet-blue campanulate flowers over a six week period clustered at nodes and ends of upright heavily branched stems beginning in late June.
