Abstract
A new cultivar ofplant named 'Bailvibone' that is characterized by its upright plant habit, its floriferous blooming habit with sweet scented flowers, its ease of rooting and fast finishing from a rooted liner, and its foliage that is thick, semi-evergreen and dark green in color.
