A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'SMNVCST', characterized by its relatively compact, upright, mounding and outwardly spreading tree-form habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; leaves that turn vibrant red and yellow green in the autumn; large dense inflorescences with numerous fragrant white-colored flowers; and good container and garden performance.
