A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'SMNSPWF', characterized by its relatively compact, upright to outwardly spreading and low mounding plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit, dense and bushy appearance; freely and remontant flowering habit; inflorescences with fragrant white-colored flowers; and relative resistance to Powdery Mildew.
