A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'PHA906965', characterized by its relatively compact and upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; strong flowering stems; strong leaves; freely flowering habit with typically two inflorescences developing per plant, each inflorescence with numerous flowers; white-colored flowers with reddish purple-colored labella; and good postproduction longevity.
