A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Balchryeel', characterized by its compact, upright and outwardly spreading plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; dark green-colored leaves; and relatively long conical inflorescences with numerous bright violet-colored flowers.
