Abstract
A new cultivar ofplant named 'Bailpanthree' that is characterized by its compact and densely branched plant habit, its very early blooming season, its range of panicle colors in both hot and cold climates; emerge green-white, turning to white then becomes blushed with pink, and then turns red in summer, and its thick foliage that is dark green in color and slightly twisted in form.
