A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Hypnotic Dreams', characterized by its upright, dense and uniformly mounded plant habit; long narrow dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; medium to large inflorescences with numerous purplish red-colored flowers; peduncles that are upright and rigid and good garden performance.
