Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'RUF OF18-231', characterized by its upright plant habit and short in height; compact, leafy and bushy appearance; vigorous growth habit and rapid growth rate; lance-type leaves that are dark green in color with red-colored venation and brighter red-colored interveinal areas with variable and random salmon pink or white-colored spots, flecks or speckles; and petioles that are pink in color with greenish brown-colored streaks, stippling and tessellations.
