Abstract
A new and distinct variety of rose plant, referred to by its cultivar name, 'MEILEHAGAN', is described. The new variety is a hybrid tea rose plant. The new variety forms in abundance on a substantially continuous pink colored blossom which are peony shaped. Dense, dark green foliage with a glossy aspect is exhibited.
