A new cultivar ofplant named 'Hokomadraq' that is characterized by its compact, densely branched and rounded plant habit, its inflorescences with sterile sepals that are red-pink in color, its mophead inflorescences with sterile flowers with a sturdy texture (hard), and its suitability as a potted plant and for cut flowers.
