A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Dongirolcoa' characterized by its relatively compact, upright to outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and full appearance; dark green-colored leaves; freely and early flowering habit; medium to large-sized ruffled intense purplish red-colored flowers; and good garden performance.
