A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'WNVERSVCB24', characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounding to trailing and decumbent plant habit; vigorous growth habit and rapid growth rate; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; large inflorescences with purplish pink, purplish red and white-colored flowers that may be solid or multi-colored; flowers that are held above and beyond the foliar plane; and resistance to Powdery Mildew.
