A new and distinctplant named 'TUS020' is disclosed, characterized by striking green leaves with creamy white margins, fading to pink and red toward the main stem. Foliage retains its coloring year-round. Plants are compact, with round, upright, arching habits. The new cultivar is a, typically suited for ornamental container and landscape use.
