The new blueberry plant variety 'FCM17-132' is provided. ‘FCM17-132’ is a commercial variety intended for the hand harvest fresh fruit market. The variety is produced from a cross of ‘FCM12-096’ (female parent, not patented) and ‘FL01-06’ (male parent, not patented). ‘FCM17-132’ displays high vigor and exhibits round to sprawling plant shape.
