Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'FRH OF15-107', characterized by its short to intermediate in height and mounding plant habit; dense, leafy and bushy appearance; vigorous growth habit and rapid growth rate; fancy-type leaves that are dark green in color with dark red-colored centers; first emerging leaves are glossy and later emerging leaves are duller in luster; and petioles that are reddish pink in color with dense brownish green-colored streaks.
