A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Dodahhypyel 22', characterized by its broadly upright and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; strong branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; large double-type inflorescences with bright yellow-colored ray florets; good postproduction longevity; and good garden performance.
