Abstract
A new cultivar ofplant named 'Toncka 308' that is characterized by its leaves that are moderately to strongly undulate, its young leaves that are grey-red in color, its mature leaves with grey-purple to brown on the upper surface and grey-purple on the lower surface, and its low number of inflorescences.
