Abstract
A new cultivar ofplant named 'Bailmacseven' that is characterized by its new foliage growth that is dark purple in color, its dark purple foliage that retains color throughout the summer into fall even in hot summer climates, its inflorescences with sterile sepals that are red-pink in color with creamy white centers (under non-bluing conditions), and its remontant and heavy blooming habit.
