A new and distinct variety of grapevine plant named 'EJG One' characterized by its production of deeply colored black grapes with a distinct fruity and muscat flavor. The grapes are suitable for making wine with fruity and muscat flavors and aromas. 'EJG One' vines are fertile with spur pruning.
