A new and distinct cultivar of Rose plant named 'ESM R187', characterized by its upright and strong flowering stems; vigorous growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; grown as a spray-type with numerous flowers per inflorescence; light pinkish yellow-colored flowers; and excellent postproduction longevity.
