Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'FRCK 003 S 9', characterized by its relatively compact and uniformly mounding plant habit; freely branching habit; strong and sturdy stems; freely flowering habit; large and dense mophead inflorescences with numerous double-type sterile flowers that can be 'blued'; and good post-production longevity.
