Abstract
A new and distinctive cultivar ofplant named '00-BC-47-13R' characterized by a combination of colorful display due to golden-yellow-green and green foliage that changes from early spring through late fall, relatively short height, and the abundant blooms of white flowers with greyed-orange or red sepals from June through September.
