'NCPUR13-0030' is a purple fleshed, smooth skinned, dark purple-colored, table stock sweetpotato. 'NCPUR13-0030' produces high yields of well-shaped and uniformly sized No. 1 sized roots. It is a mid-season variety. The flavor of the baked storage roots of 'NCPUR13-0030' have been judged to be good by standardized and informal taste panels.
