A new and distinctplant named 'TNECHSS' characterized by a large number of medium inflorescences starting in the first season, very long bloom time with excellent rebloom, a very upright, very compact habit, novel red and green ray florets held horizontally surrounding dark cones, strong upright stems, and excellent vigor.
