Abstract
A new and distinctplant named 'MOBEc 69' which is characterized by succulent foliage tightly held in a basal rosette, light blue-green foliage which is lightly margined red, and significantly delayed development of clonal offsets. The new variety has shown to be uniform and stable in the resulting generations from asexual propagation.
