Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Kerbespicup', characterized by its broadly upright to semi-trailing plant habit; roughly globular in plant form; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely basal branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; fragrant flowers; and large mostly double-type and occasional single-type flowers that are bright yellow in color.
