A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Dokalgloss', characterized by its relatively compact, upright and uniformly mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching plant habit; glossy dark green-colored leaves; uniform, early and freely flowering habit; large red purple and light red purple bi-colored flowers; and excellent postproduction longevity.
