A new and distinct variety of blueberry plant named 'DrisBlueTwentyOne', particularly selected for productivity, medium to large, firm, sweet-flavored fruit, and a mid-range chill hour requirement suitable for production in latitudes ranging from 30 to 40 degrees, is disclosed.
