A new cultivar ofplant named 'Bocoalsbl' that is characterized by its speading/creeping plant habit that eventually forms a low mounded mat, its flowers that are light lilac blue in color with visible veins, its long blooming season; blooming from May to first frost in The Netherlands, and its sterile flowers with no seeds produced to date.
