A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Vision Vulcano', characterized by its broadly upright and strong plant habit; strong and healthy foliage; freely, uniformly and remontant flowering habit with inflorescences positioned above the foliar plane; flowers that are red purple in color that fade to purple with development; and good garden performance.
