A new and distinctcultivar named 'KERBELCARMEN' is disclosed, characterized by light red, large double flowers, with enlarged sepals, strong peduncles, and freely flowering. Plants have shown the ability to be propagated by tissue culture at a good rate. The new variety is a, suitable for outdoor landscape and container use.
