Abstract
A new and distinctcultivar named 'MONPULSEL' is disclosed, characterized by broad foliage which is noticeably thicker and more rigid than typical. Plants are strongly upright with compact growth. Branching is excellent, with strong branches produced, holding inflorescences at a more upright position. The new variety is a, normally produced as an ornamental plant for containers or gardens.
