Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Icicle', characterized by its mounding growth habit, numerous wide lance-type leaves that have a large white center surrounded by green margins, plants that are attractive in containers and shady landscapes, and tubers that are resistant to moderately resistant to, the causal agent oftuber rot, and spout quickly in container forcing.
