Abstract

A new male pistachio tree (L.) designated as 'Tejon', particularly characterized by very early to early flowering time, is provided. The male pistachio tree 'Tejon' is further characterized by a large number of flowers. In addition, 'Tejon' is characterized by the production of large quantities of durable pollen with a high germination ratio.
