Abstract
A new and distinctcultivar named 'NCHA3' is disclosed, characterized by large, mop-head inflorescences with prevalent sterile flowers. Flower buds are red and open with dark pink sepals. Plant habit is compact, and plants are triploid. The new variety is anormally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
