A new and distinctcultivar named 'Supsan1401' which is characterized by the combination of a dense and compact growth habit, unique coloration and patterning of the foliage, narrow foliage, soft and brittle foliage which will not inflict bodily harm, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation. The new variety is atypically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
