A new cultivar of, 'Verscan', characterized by its very dwarf and compact plant habit, its bi-colored flowers that are bright red-purple and white in color, its leaves with a thick substance, its healthy plant growth, its strong basal branching, and its low susceptibility to powdery mildew.
