A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Saxwhimar', characterized by its upright and mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; strong stems; and large mophead-type inflorescences that when treated with aluminum sulfate produce violet blue-colored sterile flowers with light blue-colored margins.
