A new and distinct cultivar of the muscadine grape plant,Michx., named 'Ga. 1-1-48', which has: early ripening berries, typically beginning in the last week of July in Georgia; yellow-green berries; self-fertile flowers; berries that separate with a high percentage of dry stem scars; and berries that are large for a self-fertile cultivar.
